Gil is another fantastic young technical talent joining Conquest. Gil is from Brazil and moved to Australia a little over 2 years ago.

Gil is a very accomplished and well credentialled engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, spent 2 years in France completing a post graduate Civil Engineering course on a scholarship program. On top of this he has also completed a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering; and to really top it off, is in the process of completing a Master of Technology Degree from the University of Adelaide, majoring in Software Engineering.

We feel very fortunate to have an engineer of Gil’s calibre join our team.

Gil will begin his introduction to Conquest working on our support desk. Where he is currently fast tracking the development of his Aussie accent and his knowledge of the Conquest platform.

Gil has significant experience with Cloud Computing environments and will be front and centre in helping our Customers transition to the Conquest Cloud.

We are excited to welcome Jason Lee to the development team. Jason is another highly skilled young software developer joining our team.

Jason completed an Engineering degree with Honours at the University of Adelaide in 2015.

He then worked for several years with infrastructure Engineering consultancy SMEC on a considerable project to complete and categorise culvert inspections across Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong and Wagga Wagga.

Jason is currently completing a post graduate diploma in software development here in Adelaide.

Away from the office, he likes to develop games and enjoys contributing to several open source projects.

Jason is an another very talented addition to our product development team and is already focusing on transitioning functionality from Conquest 3 to Conquest 4.

We are thrilled to introduce Ananya Pramanik who has just recently joined the Conquest Product Development Team.

Ananya brings a host of deep software development skills to our team.

She completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science in 2015; a full stack developer training post graduate certificate from the University of Adelaide earlier this year; and is currently working her way through a Masters Degree in Computer Science. A very accomplished programmer. Ananya spent four years working as a Software Engineer for Hewlett Packard.

In her spare time Ananya has enjoyed developing several Apps for charities including, ‘Donate Right’ and the ‘Ultimate Cookbook’.

Ananya is already underway with development projects on Conquest 4 and we’re delighted to have her on board.

Experienced business leader Colin Lillywhite has made a significant investment in Conquest Software and will join Peter Brooks as an Executive Director.  

The investment provides Conquest with growth capital to pursue substantial product modernisation and business growth strategies. Aimed at reinforcing Conquest Software as a market leader in the provision of enterprise asset management software. 

Colin’s recent experience includes 10 years as the Managing Director of Civica, and more recently 8 years as the CEO of local government software vendor MAGIQ Software. Both organisations flourished under Colin’s leadership. 

Colin has extensive software market experience in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US; bringing considerable additional management and leadership expertise into Conquest.  

Peter commented: “I’m very excited to have Colin join the business and provide a new perspective. We have tremendous plans to progress and speed our product evolution from Conquest 3 to the Conquest 4 platform. The injection of working capital is providing the confidence we need to add staff and speed our product evolution.”. 

Colin says: “It has been very enjoyable getting to know the Conquest team as we have worked on the investment. We have been very focused on developing our product plans for Conquest 4, and I’m eager to begin sharing these with our Customers.”
